If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.

The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

• Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to MOKA ENTERTAINMENT, 2nd FLOOR,103/56, 2ND STREET, SECRETARIAT COLONY, CHENNAI-600010.
• Tickets refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
• Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
• Service refers to the Website.
• Website refers to MOKA ENTERTAINMENT, accessible from http://MOKA.CO.IN
• You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

The refund policy is as follows:

• 100% refund will be provided if the promotion cancellation request has been raised within 6 hours of the payment.
• In case of purchasing discounted tickets, no refund will be provided if the request made after 6 hours of purchase.
• Refund process may take up to 5 business days.

The refund will be in the form of a transfer back to your card/bank account and no cash return will be provided. We request you to mention the transaction number in all correspondence. Not mentioning the transaction number might lead to delays in your refund.

If anyone has any issue (obligation, privacy related, legal, fraudulent, criminal, political, identity theft or any other) with the content of the event, we request them to directly contact the organizer for the problem and/or for the removal of that event.

MOKA Entertainment is affiliated with a few event listing websites and only displays the information which is publicly available. However in case if an event organizer claims that their event was not meant to be a public event or wrongfully listed on our platform, they can remove or delete the event by contacting us at mokaentt@gmail.com

Crawling or scraping content posted to MOKA Entertainment is strictly not allowed and strong action shall be taken against such activities.
